当社グループのインドネシア拠点の送出し機関、「ONE PIECE」が再スタート、
入国前講習を終えた技能実習生が今月から続々と元気に入国してまいります。
技能実習生らは
①面接では、諸条件に見合った方から、トラブル発生の確率の低い、性格的、人間性に問題なく、また地頭（覚え）も良い、優秀と判断される方を優先的に人選。
②内定者は、独自のカリキュラムで入国前講習を実施、規則ある共同生活体験で、同居人を尊重する意識付け、日本の習慣、一般常識、マナーなども習得。
を経た、選び抜かれた人財となりますが、入国、入社早々、不慣れな日本での
生活環境の中では、どうしても戸惑いや不安を感じることもあると察します。
ついては、監理団体様がご用意される手厚いサポートに加えて、言葉を含め、同国の
日本生活経験者の助言やサポートは彼らの心の支えとなりますので、迷いなく本領発揮
できるよう、当社では、インドネシア語拠点通訳者（委託者ら含む）を充実させています。
因みに、10月1日現在、首都圏、北関東、東海、中部、関西、中国、九州方面、
各地併せて、「15名以上の方」に登録頂き、常に連絡とれる体制を整えています。
(日本語能力N2以上、インドネシア語検定3級以上の日本人、ハーフの方々ら)
訪問通訳は有料、或いは応相談ですが、事前確約でオンライン無料提供も致します。
通訳サポート者は、上述以外の地区を含め増員中につき、インドネシアの技能実習生、
